Our Mobile Home sold for a price we're content with…. From the start, we assumed it was going to be a difficult sale. While the home and the two lots it sits on are nice, the neighborhood isn't. I believe there's an old real estate adage which goes "location, location, location," yes? As a result, it took a little longer to sell than we had anticipated. In fact, our initial one year contract expired, but there was no question we were going to extend it with Summer. We knew she was working hard to sell it and had our best interest at heart.
